Eliminates hours of manual data collection per research question.
Hand-coded panel of 286 South Korean cabinet ministers (2000–2025) with dual-office status (국회의원-국무위원 겸직) — whether each minister simultaneously held a National Assembly seat. Designed for linkage with LOSI transcript data: merge the panel onto 274k question-answer dyads from committee hearings and national audits to study whether co-partisan ties between legislators and ministers distort legislative oversight. South Korea is the only established presidential democracy with this constitutional provision. Data actively maintained and updated.
